1. What AstroPalm Does

AstroPalm offers readings based on Vedic astrology, palmistry, numerology and tarot, including:

• Birth charts, planetary periods (dashas) and daily forecasts calculated from the birth date, time and place you provide.
• Palm readings produced from a photo of your palm that you choose to upload.
• Numerology, compatibility and tarot readings.
• Premium written reports that explain these calculations in plain language, written with the help of an AI language model.

2. Nature of Readings: For Reflection, Not Prediction

Astrology, palmistry, numerology and tarot are traditional systems of symbolism. They are not sciences, and their claims have not been shown to predict events.

• Readings are classical indications, not predictions of fact. When AstroPalm describes marriage, partnership, children, career, health, wealth or timing, it reports what the traditional rules indicate for your chart. It does not state what will happen to you.
• Marriage and children readings in particular are symbolic. They are not medical, fertility, legal, relationship or family-planning advice. They must not be used to decide whether or whom to marry, whether to have children, or any matter of health.
• Accuracy depends on your inputs. Readings computed from an approximate or unknown birth time are less reliable. The App shows a confidence level where this applies.
• AI-written text. Premium reports and some readings are written by an AI model from our own calculations and checked by automated rules, but they may still contain mistakes.
• Your decisions are your own. Do not make important personal, financial, medical or legal decisions based solely on the Services. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information. Readings depend on it.
• Other people's details. If you enter another person's birth details (for example, for a compatibility reading), you confirm that you have their permission to do so.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

• Some features require a paid subscription or purchase. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload images of another person's palm without their permission, or content that is unlawful or abusive;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or compromise the Services; or
• resell, scrape or systematically extract readings or content.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your palm photo is kept on your device and is not stored on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, text, reports and software are owned by Kriyacode Technologies LLC and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT READINGS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR PREDICTIVE, AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRIYACODE TECHNOLOGIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE IN RELIANCE ON A READING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & Privacy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the new version in the App and ask you to accept material changes before you continue using the Services.
