Is AstroPalm available yet?
AstroPalm is launching soon on iPhone and Android. The Download page will show the store links as soon as it is live.
What happens to my palm photo?
Your palm photo stays on your device. When you ask for a reading it is sent securely to our server and our AI provider to identify the lines and mounts, and is not saved in our databases. The traits read from it are kept on your device for later reports. We never use it to identify you or build a biometric template.
Are readings predictions?
No. Astrology, palmistry, numerology and tarot are traditional systems of reflection. Readings are classical indications to think about, not predictions, and not medical, legal or financial advice.
How do I export my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Export data.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account. If you cannot open the app, see the Delete Account page for an email request.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
Who can use AstroPalm?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
