Delete Your Account

Deleting your AstroPalm account permanently removes your profile, birth details, charts, readings and reports from our servers. Palm photos are only ever stored on your device and are removed from it as well.

This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription - cancel that in your device’s subscription settings.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open AstroPalm and go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately. You can export your data first from the same screen.

Request deletion by email

Can’t open the app? Email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your account and confirm by reply, usually within a few business days.
