Tap the central "Start Fast" button on the Home tab to begin. If you started earlier or forgot to log, tap "Edit start" beneath the tri-ring timer to backdate your start timestamp. You can also tap "+1 hr" to extend your window or "Break Fast" at any time to record your concluding meal.
